Once we receive your order, we shall confirm it by E-Mail, advising the total cost of your order. Kindly confirm your acceptance of the total cost, to allow us to proceed with your order.

Orders in access of 10,500 yen(exclude tax) are free of delivery charge. The additional charge for cool box delivery of ￥210 is not included.

Cases of re-placement or full re-fund. We make every possible effort to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. If however and for any reason the products are not to your complete satisfaction, please return them in their original wrapping, for re-placement or full re-fund.

Orders are dispatched the day after payment has been confirmed. Cash on delivery orders are dispatched on the same day (if received before noon), or the following working day.
