西ギリシャにあるエリマンソス山にて、特定の条件下でのみ生産できるはちみつで、モミの樹の樹液からつくられます。
このはちみつにしか見られない、シルバーのハイライトが入った色合いを持ち、キャラメルとバニラの風味に滑らかな舌触りが特徴です。
低温殺菌・無濾過、そして完全に生の状態まま瓶詰めされており、低糖質で水分量も低いため、豊富なポリフェノールと抗酸化物質が含まれ、血圧を安定化する作用や、様々な抗炎症作用をもちます。

This rare honey is produced only under specific conditions in Mount Erymanthos in western Greece, made from the resin of fir trees.
It is distinguished by its unique color with silver highlights, a smooth texture, and rich notes reminiscent of caramel and vanilla.
Bottled raw, unfiltered, and gently processed at low temperatures, it has a naturally low sugar and moisture content.
Rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, it is known to help stabilize blood pressure and provide various anti-inflammatory benefits.
