その豊かで唯一無二の香りと、数多くの効能は世界的に広く認められています。 タイムは主に、太陽がふりそそぐ島々や南の海岸沿いの地域で多く自生し、開花時期は夏真っ盛りの（7月〜8月）であるため、降水量が低く、はちみつに含まれる水分量が下がり(約15%)、凝縮した風味をもつ蜂蜜ができます。
このタイムハニーは、イオニア海に浮かぶ島の斜面に咲く自生のタイムの花から採蜜され低温殺菌・無濾過、そして完全に生の状態のまま瓶詰めした蜂蜜です。
Greek thyme honey is truly a treasure of Greece!
Its rich and unique aroma, along with its numerous health benefits, are widely recognized around the world.
Thyme grows abundantly on the sun-drenched islands and along the southern coasts, with its flowering season at the height of summer (July–August).
During this dry season, the reduced rainfall lowers the water content of the honey (to around 15%), resulting in a dense, concentrated flavor.
This thyme honey is collected from wild thyme blossoms growing on the slopes of the Ionian Islands.
It is bottled raw, low-temperature treated, and unfiltered, preserving its natural state and authentic taste.
☆ This honey is not heat-treated, so please do not give it to children under 1 year of age.
☆ Honey is best when bottled in its natural state directly from the hive. As a result, small black specks (pollen) or white crystals (parts of the comb) may occasionally be present, but they are completely safe to eat.
☆ Honey may crystallize depending on temperature, but this is a natural property of raw honey and does not affect its nutrition or quality.
